Responsibilities:

Analysis, technical definition, conception, development and implementation of interface requirements using the integration solution SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI)
2nd Level support in SAP Cx Sales- and Servicecloud
Analysis and monitoring of our highly integrated system landscape (e.g. marketing automation systems, SAP CPI, MS Office365, MS DevOps)
Cooperation with international 2nd level experts in a highly motivated and digital working environment

Requirements:

A degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification, also IT specialists with a focus on integration
Sound knowledge in the conception, design and implementation of customer-specific requirements based on SAP C/4HANA as well as advanced knowledge of modern architectures and the integration of solutions using the SAP cloud platform
Good knowledge of the SAP Cx sales or service cloud
You have excellent English knowledge
