We are looking for a Senior Inhouse Consultant – SAP HCM / SuccessFactors to join our international partners team to Budapest, with full remote oppurtinity. Our client has been committed to innovative solutions in automation technology and the competitive edge of their customers for 100 years.

Role Overview
As a Senior Inhouse Consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR processes and systems. You will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they align with our business objectives and HR strategies.

The position requires occasional travel to Germany for few days.The selection process consists of 2 rounds ( first online, second personal)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP HCM and at least 1 year in SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record in the successful implementation and management of SAP HCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Bachelors degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in both technical aspects and HR functional processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ABAP programming, contributing to the development, troubleshooting, and enhancement of SAP applications.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consultation Advise our HR department and international subsidiaries on implementing and optimizing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems, focusing on applicant management to master data administration.
  • Customization and Localization Develop and customize SAP systems to meet country-specific requirements, including monitoring and evaluating EC localizations.
  • Module Integration Lead the integration of new modules like Compensation & Benefits and Onboarding into our national and international infrastructure, managing interfaces with the SAP HCM system and other subsystems.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership Identify potentials for the digitalization of HR processes, integrating innovative solutions into our portfolio, and leading projects in this domain.
  • Technical Support and Problem-Solving Provide third-level support by resolving technical issues and answering user questions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems.
  • Provide support for global HCM operations, including HR functions within Germany and across SuccessFactors platforms
  • Project Management and Execution Oversee projects from conception to delivery, focusing on timelines, budget, and quality.
  • Training and User Support Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, promoting effective system usage and adoption
