We are looking for a Application Operator/Contact Center Operator. Tasks
- Keep running applications for lottery companies
- Monitoring lottery system components and events
- Fullfil service requests for the customers
- Execute recurring daily operational tasks
- Troubleshooting application problems and outages according to documentation
- Handle, register and follow up incoming request/incidents
- Constant communication and support to involved resolver units and partners
- Reporting
- Participate in calls in case of outage
- Preparing/making presentations
Requirements
- Professional high quality support to customers in 24/7 shifts (3×8 hours)
- Excellent English
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
- Basic networking backgrounds (TCP/IP)
- Basic database (SQL) knowledge
- Scripting skills (Perl, PHP, Bash, Python or anything similar)
- Several years relevant experience in IT application operation
- Adequate communication skills, solution focused mind and strong team spirit
- Experience in working with ITSM ticketing systems, and in IT operations
- ITIL processes
- IT attitude, willingness to learn new systems
