1. Preamble

To adhere to the highest standards of ethical business practices in all business dealings and maintain successful and ethical collaboration with all present and future business partners Bluebird International Ltd. operates in accordance with a code of conduct. From the first contact we strive to build a successful and long-lasting business relationship by behaving in a manner that is mutually acceptable to both parties.

Bluebird International Ltd. is obliged to and at the same time expects all partners to comply with the code of conduct detailed below. Please read these guidelines carefully. By contacting us you confirm that you accept it and that you agree to comply with them.

2. Protecting company reputation

In our business processes we make sure that our company provides only the necessary information about the potential employees and sub-contractors (partners) to our clients according to what was previously agreed and approved.

Our aim is to provide a complete and objective picture of our future partners to ensure a successful and long-lasting contractual relationship for all parties.
The other side of a successful collaboration is that our company expects its potential partners to operate during the aforementioned collaboration in a way that does not harm Bluebird's reputation.

Therefore, our company expects especially but not exclusively its future partners to dress in neat and appropriate work attire both in our office and during any interactions with our clients.

It is also expected during communication (verbal and written) that the style, layout, and vocabulary be in accordance with the standards of civility and professional courtesy at all times.

Please let us know if you have any concerns or experience any issues with the communication of any of our clients, contractual partners, or collaborators. We will do our best to resolve the issue and maintain a successful collaboration.

3. Privacy Policy and honest collaboration

The bedrock of every ethical business relationship is that all business data and information shared between the parties stay in possession of the parties, and that no unauthorized third-party gain access to them.

As you probably expect from our company, we also expect our partners that following the first contact, all information, data, and knowledge that has been shared between the parties, will be used exclusively in the context of the collaboration, regardless if contractual relationship established. Also, the above will not be shared with any third party without a written consent of the other the parties.

Furthermore, contacting, communicating with a third party (from our part our collaborators, present and potential customers, from your part collaborators or sub-contractors) who was introduced via the other party should be carried out with the knowledge and consent of all parties, as part of an ethical and expected conduct.
Bluebird International Ltd. doesn't seek to circumvent the other party direct or indirect way, utilize the information obtained in a fraudulent manner, and it is also expected from our partners.

We will - and expect you as well , to take responsibility and to fully compensate the other party for the damages caused in case the above guidelines are violated
Naturally accepting the above detailed guidelines doesn't necessarily mean that we will enter into a contractual relationship, but we endeavor to do so, and we anticipate the same from you.
