We are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator responsible for organizing initial sales meetings between prospective clients and Bluebird Internationals team. This role focuses on setting up meetings through LinkedIn outreach but does not involve direct sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Outreach: Use a list of potential clients provided by Bluebird International to send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Video Creation: After connection approval, create and personalize a video pitch introducing Bluebird Internationals IT staffing services.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule online consultations between potential clients and Bluebird Internationals team.
- Meeting Participation: Attend online meetings as a representative. The sales team will have the responsibility of introductions and ensuring smooth handover to the delivery team for service discussions.
- KPI Tracking: Track the number of videos sent and meetings scheduled on Bluebird Internationals sales process.
Freelance Terms
- Independent Contractor Status: As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes, insurance, and other business-related expenses. This position is not eligible for employee benefits.
- Compensation: Payment is based on specific deliverables, such as the number of message sent or meetings scheduled. Detailed compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours, though you must be available for meetings according to client schedules.
- Tools and Resources: Access to LinkedIn, and simple video creation tools are required. You will also have access to Bluebird Internationals video channel for video uploads.
- Duration: Ongoing freelance engagement, with regular evaluations based on performance and KPIs.
- Communication: Regular reporting on progress and key performance indicators will be required. You will report directly to the Sales Team.
Qualifications
- Native communication skills in English.
- Proficient in LinkedIn outreach.
- Comfortable with simple video creation and personalized client interactions.
- Ability to work independently as a contactor.
