We are looking for new employees to join the team of our stable and fast growing international partner for a Consultancy and Development position in the D365 area at the medior and senior level. The company is operating for 20+ years in Budapest, Hungary.
Our partner is one of the leading global, independent software providers of Microsoft and they are developing ERP systems based on Dynamics 365 platform. It provides software solutions for industrial vehicles and heavy machinery, as well as for companies in the automotive and healthcare industries.

Knowledge of both English and Hungarian language is crucial for this position. Experience in D365, and other domain specific skills are also required (see detailed description).
One day of office presence per week would be preferred during the probationary period, and after that only 1 day of office a month will be required. They support working from home due to international teams.
Parking is arranged in the office building parking lot.
Working hours are flexible, standard 8 hours per day depending on meeting schedule between 8 am and 6pm (due to the large number of international team members).
Selection process consists of 2 rounds, one online and one face to face interview.
Salary is based on experience, health insurance and bonus, and as the company is one of the leading global independent software providers of Microsoft you can study and take exams for free.
Business trips are not common, the maximum is a couple of days a year by arrangement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements, translate them into a functional design, and configure and test the software.
- Provide support to company partners and customers indirectly, and take part in triaging reported software defects.
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of standard D365 functionality
- Document detailed functional designs based on requirements following Agile Scrum methodology. Take part in testing and demonstrating the product increments.
- Estimate effort for upcoming user stories, bugs, and features.
- Work closely together with the Product owner, other functional colleagues, software engineers, and QAs.
- Understand the software development lifecycle and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner in accordance with the previously set team/department/company processes.
- You will have extensive business and application expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Supply Chain modules. The right candidate will be an individual with strong attention to detail in business process improvements and the ability to see the big picture.
Qualifications:
- Strong, proven consulting advisory and presentation skills.
- Strong English communication skills, oral and written.
- Must have a Bachelors degree or College, preferably in Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Manufacturing, or Information Technology.
- At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AX with a focus in Supply Chain.
- Deep knowledge of D365/AX Supply Chain modules and functional capabilities, cross-functional knowledge is an advantage.
- Certification in two or more D365/AX areas and functional capabilities e.g., Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics), Manufacturing, Finance, or Project Costing is an advantage.
- Has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full life-cycle implementations of D365/AX in a Consulting role. Working in product development and/or custom D365 development is an advantage.
- Experience and knowledge of test automation is a plus.
