Our client has more than 40 years of research and development in the field of gambling systems. This extensive experience has made their company a worldwide leading supplier of gambling products. To support their team in Budapest, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer
Tasks:
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines, monitor Infrastructure
- Plan, forecast and track operational costs
- Support mission-critical solutions
- Develop and maintain automated provisioning for development, testing, and production environments (ansible)
- Develop, test and maintain CI/CD pipelines to help deliver software of higher quality at greater speed
- Build the necessary monitors, alerts, and self-healing capabilities for our solutions
- Play a key role in advising on Architecture and available services along with the trade-offs between them
- Participate in process improvement and setting engineering best practices with the team
- Solve problems in ways that drive towards simplicity of architecture and operations
- Produce and maintain documentation on installations, procedures and requirements for systems
- Preparing/making presentations for clients and introducing/teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if requir
Requirements:
- You have complex knowledge with linux system administration
- You have 2-3 years‘ relevant experience in IT application operation
- You want to further develope your knowledge with Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools for configuration management
- You have solid experience with Bash or Python
- You are familiar with Docker, virtualization, swarm and K8S
- You have the following strengths: IT attitude, willingness to learn new systems, open to continuously extend your professional skills, team player
- You work well under pressure
- You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
