Responsibilities

Develop and design robust data warehouse solutions to meet the organization´s business requirements. Ensure the architecture aligns with best practices and industry standards.
Create and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define data requirements.
Design and implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to move and integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse. Optimize ETL workflows for efficiency.
Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring optimal query response times. Implement performance tuning strategies.
Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for data warehouse architecture, data models, and ETL processes.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data warehousing. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the data warehouse environment.
