Our client is a global IT supporter that provides infrastructure services, information security and global/corporate application support.

This position will oversee the daily operations within the Entitlement Review Center of Excellence. It will work closely with the Identity Access Management teams and business units across the company. The right candidate will have a good understanding of identity access management best practices, cyber risk and threats, managing/leading large-scale projects, and be a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.

What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of access certification campaigns to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established information security policies, controls, and standards.
  • Manage the backlog of applications and entitlements to be onboarded into the enterprise access life-cycle management system (SailPoint).
  • Serve as a direct line supervisor for the staff, aligning its capabilities to business and technology team requirements.
  • Lead identity metrics and analytics of access certification campaigns and applications onboarded into SailPoint.
  • Partner with business unit and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Partner with internal and external Audit teams to gather supporting evidence for various regulatory and audits requests.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are documented in formal SOP documents and updated on a regular basis.
  • Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to mature the entitlement review program across the global.
  • Develops periodic goals, organizes work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of all work.

Preferred

  • 8+ years within Identity Access Management, and a proven track record of leading large-scale projects
  • Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience
  • Understanding of identity governance and administration concepts and industry best practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external business relationships to achieve project goals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
