We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our partners growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Craft an efficient outbound sales process from scratch. This includes lead generation, qualification, outreach strategies, follow-ups, and transition to account executives or the closing team.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT/software development sector.
  • Strong english knowledge
  • Experience with SW development sector
  • Proven track record of acquiring clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and the IT industry landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel (if necessary) for client meetings or industry events.
