We are looking for Infrastructure Project Manager for our client whos a leading player in digital services.
Responsibilities:
- Identification, planning and coordination of a set of projects involving multiple delivery teams even across multiple countries.
- Plan, control and report on complex projects with strong timelines and milestones.
- Ensure that project deliverables are delivered in time and proper quality. This includes managing dependencies from customer or 3rd party suppliers as well.
- Maintain a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by conceiving, maintaining and communicating a vision of the outcome of the projects and associated benefits.
- Understanding of the business requirements, and translation of requirements into operational plans.
- Determination, monitoring, and review of scope, revenue, cost against the budgets, margin, schedule, resources, inter-dependencies and risks.
- Develop strong relationships with the customer(s) and become a trusted advisor in all terms of customers demand.
- Support our sales teams in the identification of new leads and opportunities for the targeting of new areas and further development of service features at existing customers.
- Builds relationships with customers and the team, based on mutual trust and respect at all levels in the project team, maintaining this when issues arise. Monitors performance targets and deadlines in addition to quality standards and takes appropriate action if necessary, demonstrating consistency between communication and actions
- Produces and follow-up program budgets, in respect of the revenue and margin, pursuing additional business opportunities when possible
- Identifies and tracks the changes, updates and coordinates the program plan, liaising and aligning with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Education Qualification in project management or equivalent background in IT
- Proven track record in project management at least 3 years of experience
- Experience in managing large (>30 staff) teams in multi location / cultural / discipline context, incl. Subcontractors
- Ability to constantly adapt to the business requirements engaging with stakeholders to align the scope/requirements, removing ambiguities, evaluating interim situation vs the overall goals, proposing innovative products and approaches
- Experience in preparing technical concepts, solutions or proposals
- Strong customer orientation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-responsible, structured approach
- Quick learner
- Language skills Hungarian and English business fluent
Technical skills:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools
- Basic understanding of Datacenter technologies, Network and Security
