From its bold beginnings in an old cider cellar more than fifty years ago, our client has grown to become one of the worlds leading manufacturers of sunshades and all-weather protecters, engineered in Switzerland and known for their high quality, technical innovation, and excellent design.
To expand their IT team in Budapest, they are now looking for a Java Backend Developer.
Tech stack -Java 17, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, AWS, Atlassian stack.
Tasks
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in accordance with industry coding standards.
- Build RESTful API-based microservices .
- Collaborate with a team of Product Owners (POs) and developers to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset when faced with challenges.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when needed.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and evaluate their applicability to current projects.
Requirements
- University degree in any related field or equivalant work experience
- 4+ years of experience developing microservices using Java, Spring
- Experience developing and implementing cloud solutions on AWS
- platforms
- Development experience of software life cycle and automation using CI/CD
- pipeline
- You feel comfortable in a smaller development team and are willing to support your colleagues
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
