Our client has more than 40 years of research and development in the field of gambling systems made our company a worldwide leading supplier of gambling products. To support their team in Budapest, we are looking for a Java/JavaScript Developer.

Tasks

Development of our cross-platform front-end application in Java and JavaScript running on different devices such as traditional lottery terminals in retailer shops, self-service terminals and mobile devices (tablet/mobile) running on different operating systems (Linux, Windows, Android)
Architecture, design, implementation and testing in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Implementation of new architecture principles in the new software generation
Preparing/making presentations for clients and introducing/teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required

Requirements

Completed education in computer science or IT
Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS, Angular knowledge is required and you can prove it with experience of minimum 4 years
Knowledge of Java and web technologies is strong
Knowledge of best practices (security, design patterns, responsive design, test frameworks, continuous integration and deployment)
Have the following strengths personal initiative and engagement, high level of quality awareness, accuracy and team spirit in a distributed, international team
