To support our international partner, we are looking for a new Junior Radio Network Optimization Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Multitechnology (GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR) radio network optimization to continuously improve and maintain KPIs/SLAs
- Monitor and analyze radio network performance and capacity statistics on a daily basis
- Troubleshoot and improve network quality and performance problems
- Network quality and performance related customer complaint investigation and resolution – drivetest, trace and log analysis
- Follow-up newly integrated sites and its performance, initial site optimization
- Conduct and check regularly parameter/configuration for inconsistencies, correct wrong parameter/configuration to ensure its accuracy
Requirements
- BSc/MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Telecommunications science
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunication and mobile systems
- Interpersonal skills team work, knowledge sharing, time management, proactive attitude
- Intermediate level of English, native Hungarian
