Our partner is seeking a highly motivated Marketing/Customer Journey Expert with extensive knowledge and experience in Adobe Experience Cloud or other customer data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing customer journeys across multiple channels to increase customer engagement, conversion rates and revenue.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective customer journey strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
- Use data-driven insights and customer behavior analysis to develop customer segmentation, targeting and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, UX/UI, development and content to ensure consistency and effectiveness of customer journeys.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Platform to manage and optimize customer data and insights.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on customer journey performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices related to customer journeys, marketing automation, and customer data platforms.
- Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on customer journey management and optimization.
- 1+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
