We are seeking a skilled Microsoft M365 Engineer who thrives in providing comprehensive technical support and solutions, and actively participates in Microsoft delivery projects.
Responsibilities
- Providing expert technical support throughout all stages of the client engagement process, including contract support, demand analysis, and collaboration with business teams to address client needs effectively.
- Actively participating in Microsoft delivery projects, contributing technical expertise and insights to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Delivering technical presentations to partners, offering insightful overviews of Microsoft M365 solutions and their benefits.
How do we imagine you?
- Familiarity with administrative tasks in the Microsoft 365.
- Proficient in administering Microsoft 365 suite components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Experienced in migrating on-premises services to Microsoft 365.
- Knowledgeable about deployment best practices for Microsoft 365 services.
- Able to diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services, including connectivity problems and mail delivery issues.
- Familiarity with on-premises Microsoft solutions such as Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, Skype for Business, and Windows Server is considered advantageous.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 security and administration, including proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Purview, Defender, and related Microsoft 365 security services, is highly valued.
- Previous experience in training, project work, consultations, and service activities.
- Fluency in English and the local language to support channel partners.
