Our client is a Swiss-based multinational company specialized in SAP consultancy and development.

Tasks

Collaborate with stakeholders to define a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and fixes
Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with overall business goals
Determine feature priorities based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives
Engage with customers, users, and internal teams to understand needs and gather feedback
Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team
Support the development team by addressing questions and making decisions
Collaborate on setting goals and planning iterations or sprints for product releases
Support Backoffice team with technical interviews for recruitment
Assist with yearly performance reviews and provide feedback as requested
Participate in internal knowledge transfer (KT) and training sessions when requested by management

Requirements

5+ years of experience in relevant field
Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and understanding of fundamental development concepts.
Awareness of UI/UX principles to contribute meaningfully to design discussions and decisions.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum, and understanding of how Agile processes work in software development.
Ability to effectively gather, document, and communicate requirements to the development team.
Proficiency in using tools for managing product backlogs, such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of APIs to facilitate communication between different software components.
Basic data analysis skills to interpret metrics and make informed decisions based on user behaviour and system performance.
While not mandatory, having some familiarity with coding can enhance communication with developers. Understanding simple code snippets and scripting languages can be beneficial.
Knowledge of testing processes and quality assurance practices to contribute to discussions on product quality and testing strategies.
Basic understanding of security principles to contribute to discussions on product security and compliance.
Awareness of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the product.
