Your tasks
- Analysis, formulation and documentation of technical and customer requirements including corresponding diagrams (UML, BPMN, eEPK, use cases, story formulation)
- Ensuring the coherence of the requirements taking into account the customers request (following the big picture)
- Creation of a consistent overview of the requirements (e.g. user story mapping, …)
- Continuous checking of the development results for compliance with the business requirements
- Documentation of the processes
- Communication with stakeholders and/or PO/PM
- Execution of technical workshops
- Collaboration in an agile team
Your qualification
- Education in the IT field (HTL, University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent)
- in-depth knowledge in analysis and documentation of customer requirements
- Experience in process analysis and management Experience in different environments/topics (new/existing products, special quality requirements, …)
- IREB Advanced Level or Expert Level (IREBAgile preferred)
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working

- 2-4 days per week at the office (depending on the customer)
- secure German speaking is a must have
