We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation Developer to join our Budapest team.

Your areas of responsibility

You develop and deploy bots using Automation Anywhere to automate individual process steps, enhancing operational efficiencies across various business functions.
You conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities, meticulously documenting current workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies, and specifying the technical requirements for RPA bot implementation to optimize business operations.
You communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including business analysts and department heads, to ensure that the automation solutions meet business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing processes.
You test bots with the relevant business departmentsto ensure functionality and efficiency before full-scale deployment.
You manage the operational deployment of bots, overseeing their integration into daily business processes and ensuring they perform as intended.
You handle system administration tasksfor Automation Anywhere, ensuring the platform is optimized, secure, and up-to-date.
You troubleshoot and maintain bots and the Automation Anywhere environment, addressing any issues that arise to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
You document all processes and maintain recordsfor future reference, audits, and compliance checks.
You mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team capabilities.
You establish and evolve a Citizen Developer program, empowering non-technical staff to build automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform) under your guidance. This includes continuous training and support to ensure best practices and compliance are maintained throughout the organization.
You also support the Microsoft Power Platform, assisting in the further rollout of the platform and developing apps that streamline processes and enhance productivity across the organization.

What you bring with you

Proven experience in developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutionsusing Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform or similar platforms.
Strong technical acumenwith a deep understanding of RPA technologies and the ability to apply them to solve complex business problems.
Excellent problem-solving skillsand the ability to think analytically to design effective automation processes.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
A commitment to continuous professional developmentin the field of RPA and related technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering results within project timelines.
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldis preferred.
Relevant certifications in RPA and particularly Automation Anywhereare highly desirable.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in developing and deploying RPA solutions in a corporate environment.
