We are looking for an Identity and Access Manager to our client who has been committed to innovative solutions in automation technology and the competitive edge of their customers for 100 years.
Tasks:
- IAM Lifecycle Management
- Oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, modifications, access recertifications, and all identity lifecycle processes.
- Design and implement role-based access controls, especially within SAP environments.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates related to access management.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to provide necessary documentation and ensure controls are effective and operative.
- Integration & Automation
- Integrate IAM tools with HR systems, Active Directory, and especially SAP systems for automated user lifecycle management.
- Identification of automation possibilities for IAM tasks
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting
- Respond to IAM-related incidents and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, authorization, and directory services.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the IAM SME (Subject Matter Expert), collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams.
- Deliver reports on IAM metrics, risks, and performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Accessmanagement.
- Language skills Full English
- SAP Expertise Proven experience with SAP identity and access management, user provisioning, role design, and authorization concepts.
- SAP GRC Expertise Experience with SAP GRC (Modules Rolemanagement, Firefighter, etc.)
- IAM Tools Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle IAM, etc.)
- Project Management Prioritize workload efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical Skills Proficient in analyzing complex data and IT processes to ensure secure access controls.
- Communication Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical details in clear and concise terms.
