Roles & Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of an SAP maintenance service for the Public Sector. The main SAP modules in use are HCM, FI, EHS, and BW.
- Customer and end-user management in the client.
- Management of the project team composed of 8-10 people.
- Coordination with other departments in the client (Systems, Communications…).
- Responsible for compliance with the SLAs associated with the service. Coordinates, if necessary, the resolution of requests and incidents.
- Advice and support to the client in decision-making, detection of new business needs, innovation, etc.
- Advice and support to the team in the definition of the scope of new and major evolutionary projects, design, implementation of new functionalities, documentation…
Requirements
- 5 years of technical and/or functional experience in the SAP area, mainly in HCM.
- 2 years of experience in project and people management.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse problems and propose solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP technologies and products
- Knowledge of the different HCM modules: PA (Personnel Administration), PT (Time Management), OM (Organizational Structure) and PD (Personnel Development).
- Experience in the development of different SAP/ABAP technical objects: SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Webdynpro, Workflows, RFC, Web Services, oData, BADIs, User-Exit, Enhacement, Modulepool, Object-oriented ALV, Authorizations…
Advantages
- Experience in Public Sector clients.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and ESS/MSS Portal, as well as modules such as FI, EHS and BW.
- Experience in S/4HANA.
- Experience in different BTP services.
- Level of English.
- Fluency in Spanish.
