Our client develops software for dialysis treatments, providing effective and safe solutions for patient care. As a Scrum Master, you will support our teams in agile working practices, guiding the development processes, and ensuring that agile values and principles are deeply embedded in daily work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development process, implementing and maintaining the full scrum framework
- Facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Identifying and removing obstacles to enhance team effectiveness
- Working closely with the Product Owner to set priorities and manage the sprint backlog
- Fostering an agile mindset and supporting the team in becoming more self-organizing
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a software development environment
- High-level English proficiency
- Thorough understanding and practical application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop the team
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
