Our partner is looking for experienced Frontend JavaScript developers with SAP UI5 knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and support application solutions running on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Platform (Cloud) with JavaScript
Close collaboration with fellow development team members
Close collaboration with Architect / Team Lead to follow same design principles across multiple
Cloud Products
Code ownership own the code and make it better, if required after several iteration
Participation on Code Review sessions
Analyze business requirements and make effort estimations

Requirements

BsC University Degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
Good English communication skill (written and verbal)
Very strong JavaScript experience
Hands on experience in HTML5 and CSS
Experience in at least one javascript framework, e.g. UI5, react, angular
Experience in calling backend services from javascript, e.g. OData
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Enthusiastic team player with positive spirit
Open minded, problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in new, dynamic environments
Willingness and ability to learn quickly new concepts and technologies
Customer handling and communication with service attitude
Highly customer and service oriented with a strong focus on quality

Expertise in SAP BTP Administration / Development (previous BTP knowledge is not required)
Experience with JavaScript Backend frameworks e.g. nodeJS
Experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model(CAP) framework
Experience with SAP UI5 library / OData
Experience in CI/CD technologies, e.g. Jenkins
