Key responsibilities
- Develop/Configure Cetin Service Management and Project Management system.
- Understand user needs and provide suggestions for system-based solutions.
- Work with users to refine requirements and implement the best possible solution.
- Collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain and troubleshoot this application.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6 and beyond).
- Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
- Experience in gathering user requirements and transforming them into working solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with any ticketing or issue tracking system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical users (mainly in Hungarian).
