We are looking for Service Manager colleague for process mining to our client whos present in the insurance sector.


  • Perform service controlling (P&L)
  • Plan capacity and sizing of the service components, proactive hardware and environment management
  • Plan and setup the software as a service concept for a globally available service
  • Initiating planning and set up of new service components
  • Maintain service related documentation according with company standards
  • Monitoring and SLA Management
  • Document, maintain and optimize processes and configurations related to the environments
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in development, architecture, rollout and operations teams as well as with customers for releases/upgrades/changes Manage and support service related risk assessments and audits


  • At least 2 years of experience is service management
  • ITIL
  • Experience with software as a service concept
  • Desirable database knowledge
  • Desirable Experience in BI Project Management and Service delivery management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organizing abilities
  • Strong customer focus
  • Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills with high customer focus Strong conflict resolution skills, resilience
