We are looking for an Solution Architect to join our international partner team, who will be responsible for multiple software projects on a own product as architect to ensure that the product is state of the art.
Will bear the responsibility that the product is meeting the industry standards.
As an architect direct and oversees core structure and the development of the software. Steers the architecture to meet the business needs and ensures that a sustainable software is born.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction across the product portfolio and product line.
- Analyze design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Review and/or analyze and develop architectural requirements at domain level within product portfolio and team.
- Participate in the enterprise architecture domain governance model.
- Contribute to the development of software and data delivery platforms with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support actives.
Requirements
- Analyze design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Work independently on complex projects / problems.
- Work with project leaders and software development leaders to ensure progress towards architectural alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Train and mentor team in architecture concepts.
- Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members. Shows ability to effectively delegate work.
- Work independently on complex projects / problems.
- Experience leading one or more teams in technical decisions.
- Strong command of English.
- Experience in Cloud (they use AWS), Angular and/or Python, Kubernetes and microservices.
- Easily navigates in the organizational matrix understands peoples roles, can foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources and rally teammates.
