We are looking for experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic IT solutions partner, who can be the main implementer of our exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Customer communication, business needs assessment
- Expert resource estimation and breakdown of the task into deliverable units (Story)
- Comprehensive design documentation
- Preparation of a requirement specification (PRD) and functional specification (FSD) in collaboration with lead developers
- Development coordination – working with scrum master and development team
- Coordinate release process in close cooperation with operators and developers
- Preparation of deliverables documentation
- Release documentation
- Logical and physical system documentation (e.g. REST API definitions with xsds, database plans)
- Ongoing business and technical support for live systems
- Customer side incident management support
- Log analysis, performance testing
- Troubleshooting, bug fixing, reporting
A great candidate has:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of system analysis
- Banking background, knowledge of banking processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- An overview of requirement engineering method and has capabilities to plan and execute various projects regardless of industry
- Entire project lifecycle experience
- Service provider approach and knows how to get on well with project members
