The current project involves a major BI Dashboard stack modernization, which is a migration-focused initiative, utilizing technologies such as Angular, .NET (latest versions), and AWS cloud.
Currently, three Scrum teams of 8-10 members are working on the project, each responsible for different features.
The Tech Leads role is divided into two main responsibilities
80% hands-on development, including system design and microservices architecture implementation.
20% team coordination and problem-solving, acting as the primary point of contact for major roadblocks and ensuring smooth collaboration within the team.
What you will do
- Design and implement advanced applications with complex business logic
- Work closely with stakeholders, project management, and UX teams to understand the project needs
- Share your knowledge with team members, mentor and support them
- Assure quality of delivered functionality through automated tests
- Learn new technologies and methodologies and integrate them into existing and new systems
- Support running/installed applications, involving the testing team
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to all relevant areas
- Lead the team in designing and hands-on coding
Requirements
- Extensive experience with .Net Core
- Strong experience in Angular framework
- Experience with UI component libraries like Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, Chakra, or proprietary solutions
- Passion to create modern, reusable interface elements using the latest sitebuild technologies based on a given design
- Knowledge of REST-based communication
- Extensive AWS experience
- Reliability, independence, punctuality, accuracy
- Logical, problem-solving focused mindset
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hungarian
