The company is ranked among sector leaders by Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating agencies. In order to complete their European IT Tech Team they are now hiring a Transformation Lead.

Tasks

  • Lead the strategic transformation programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee ongoing enhancements to improve current services and address existing issues.
  • Manage the phased rollout of expanded core service offerings to OpCos, ensuring smooth integration, change management, and adoption.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all transformation initiatives.
  • Engage with IT Leadership and across OpCos to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate the impact of transformation projects to the business and prioritise projects with the highest business impact.
  • Monitor and communicate the performance of transformation initiatives.
  • Analyse and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor transformation progress, predict trends, and address issues proactively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Management experience in an IT related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a transformation related role.
  • College diploma or university degree in business, information systems, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working in the construction materials or industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience of working in a federated matrix model.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong vendor management skills, with experience managing third-party relationships.
  • Language English (Fluent).
