Balazs Refi – Founder
Founder of Bluebird and leader of Bluebird International Zrt. in Hungary for a period of more than 15 years. By education, he is an electrical engineer and economist. During his economics studies, he specialized in foreign trade and marketing.
Balazs started his IT career at the age of 12 with Assembly programming. After his studies, he held various positions as a software developer, IT systems analyst, and IT project manager on financial and public administration IT projects, primarily in a Java-Oracle environment.
Viktoria Hradek – CEO
As of January 1, 2024, she is the CEO of Bluebird in Hungary. With a degree in economics, she has worked on numerous projects and held functional roles, including Operations Director and Managing Director.
Early in her career, Viktoria worked as a consultant primarily in the telecommunications sector, and later held leadership roles in the IT sector. As a leader, she values efficiency, shared values, and a focus on people.
Judit Bulane Szucs – Head of Operations
Joined Bluebird in 2001. Starting her career with us as a controller, she later became financial manager, and since 2018, she has been our Head of Operations. She oversees our team responsible for back office, finance, employee relations, and HR.
Judit holds an economics degree from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Budapest Business School. She has professional and team leadership experience in controlling. At Bluebird, she values the community and loyalty the most.
Nandor Lakovich – Head of IT Staff Augmentation
Nandor has been with us since 2019. Initially leading the Software Development and IT Staff Augmentation team, the department split into two thanks to company growth. He now focuses on managing relationships with Hungarian and international companies in the IT Staff Augmentation business full-time.
He studied electrical engineering, focusing on software development, later moving into management and business analysis. He emphasizes a systematic approach, planning, and communication. He strives to strengthen team cohesion and build professional teams worldwide.
Reka Balassa – Head of IT Recruitment
She has been working at Bluebird since 2005. She started as a recruiter and has been leading the IT Recruitment team since 2012. She performs her work with great dedication, helping her team find tech people's dream jobs and supporting companies in finding the right professionals.
Reka is convinced that the foundation of successful recruitment is mutual value creation. She frequently attends conferences and training sessions to stay up-to-date with IT trends and encourages constant learning within the company.
Adam Csabay – Head of Business Development
Adam has been strengthening the Bluebird team since 2018. Initially, he helped build sales processes as a Sales Manager, and since 2021, he has led the Business Development team. He graduated with a degree in sports management from Semmelweis University.
After a career as a professional basketball player, he entered the world of sales. He values honest, transparent communication, diligence, and trust. He knows it is essential for customers to receive exactly what they have been promised, as this is the foundation of trust.
Daniel Cseko – IT Manager
Daniel joined Bluebird in 2021 and has been leading the Software Development team since 2022. He is an IT economist and holds a variety of certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, project expert, and professional agile leader, a list he continues to add to each year.
From the beginning of his career, he has focused on transferring information between business and IT professionals and creating value through IT development. He had previously worked in analyst and project manager roles.
Agota Kovacs – IT Recruitment Team Lead
She has been strengthening the Bluebird team since 2012, initially as an HR assistant and currently as IT Recruitment Team Lead. She graduated from the University of Szeged with a degree in employment relations and social security.
Over the years, Agota has gained significant experience in IT recruitment, with a particular focus on filling complex positions. She values honest communication and building trust. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness create great value within the team.
Marton Toth – Key Account Manager
Marton has been a key member of the Bluebird IT Staff Augmentation team since 2012 (and a member of the Bluebird basketball team since 2023). So far, he has helped more than 400 professionals find IT projects while helping us to two business league basketball championships. He graduated from ELTE with a degree in Hungarian history.
He enjoys connecting with people. For him, business success means that all participants are satisfied and break new ground together. He is committed to teamwork, which drives both the team and the company forward.
Diana Szarics – Lead IT Recruitment Consultant
Diana has been driving the Bluebird team forward as a Lead IT Recruitment Consultant since 2020, supported by two experienced IT Sourcers. She has been working in recruitment since 2018, initially in the engineering domain and since 2020 specializing in IT. She holds a master's degree in human resource consulting from ELTE.
Lifelong learning and knowledge sharing are important to her. She is a highly innovative, dedicated professional, and also a perfectionist. Her motto? "Hard work always pays off!"
Ildiko Kropok – Financial Director
Ildiko joined Bluebird in 2012, initially as a Controlling Assistant. Having moved up the ranks at Bluebird, she is now our Financial Director. She graduated with a degree in finance and accounting from the University of Pécs.
She values analytical thinking, a systematic approach, teamwork, and taking responsibility. She continuously supports her team in their professional development and contributes to the financial stability of the company with her work. She is open to new technologies and financial solutions.
Adam Majoros – Team Leader & Senior Account Manager
His career at Bluebird has included various positions that have helped him gain a comprehensive understanding of the tech staffing market and people. He started as a Junior Recruiter with us and is currently a Team Leader and Senior Account Manager.
Adam values transparency, credibility, and reliability and represents these virtues himself. Beyond providing comprehensive customer service, he likes to make the most of each opportunity. He values deepening his IT knowledge and continuously helping the professional development of his team members.
Anna Nagy – Lead IT Recruitment Consultant
Anna pursued her studies in public administration and in 2015 joined a small IT headhunting firm in an administrative role. After a few months, she began supporting consultants as a researcher, specializing in IT positions, and since 2016, she has worked as a consultant.
She joined the Bluebird team in 2019, now holding the position of Lead IT Recruitment Consultant. She places great importance on thoroughly understanding each role and continuously developing her IT knowledge.
